Referral process

At BCN, we strive to make referral decisions as quickly as possible. Routine requests submitted through e-Referral usually approve automatically. Requests that require clinical review also may approve automatically if they are submitted with the clinical information required. When more information is needed to make the decision, we'll send a request for information letter that lists the clinical information that we need to review your request.
